WILL MY REWARD CREDITS EXPIRE WHILE YOUR CASINOS ARE CLOSED?
Reward Credits will not expire. Your points balance will be ready and waiting for you when our business re-opens.
YOU HAVE SENT ME AN OFFER BUT I AM UNABLE TO USE IT – WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
Any offers that have an expiry date more recent than 17 March 2020 will be honoured so please bring your offer with you when we re-open. The offer will be valid for 30 days from the casino re-opening date.
I AM ELIGIBLE FOR A BIRTHDAY OR ANNIVERSARY TIER BENEFIT, WILL I STILL RECEIVE IT?
You won’t receive the tier benefit while the casinos are closed. However, as soon as the casinos re-open we will make any benefits that you should have received, available to you. These offers will be sent to you by either mail, email or SMS depending on your existing marketing preferences.
I HAVE QUALIFIED FOR A SIGNATURE EXPERIENCE, WHEN CAN I USE IT?
As soon as our casinos re-open for business, our hosts can organise this for you. Please note that at that time some Signature Experience partners may not be ready to fulfil the redemption so please check with your host.
I HAVE ALREADY BOOKED MY SIGNATURE EXPERIENCE BUT I’M UNABLE TO USE IT, WHAT DO I DO?
Any Seven Stars Experience Credit redemptions that are, or will be, affected by the current situation will be bookable at later dates. We will also extend the date to redeem these experiences, should it be necessary.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CARD TIER STATUS AS THERE IS NOW NO OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT?
We understand that this is a concern and we are prepared to modify the tier status earning requirements but this will depend on how long the casinos remain closed. We will share details about these changes when the casinos re-open.
CAN I STILL COMPLETE CUSTOMER SURVEYS AND GET AWARDED BONUS REWARD CREDITS?
You are welcome to leave feedback from a previous casino visit but at this time you will not be awarded bonus Reward Credits.
I CURRENTLY HAVE MONEY HELD ON DEPOSIT AT THE CASINO - WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?
If you have money held on deposit at any of our properties. Please email us at email@example.com including as much information as possible; such as your Caesars Rewards membership number, the casino at which your funds are on deposit, your full name and preferred contact details. We will then contact you to discuss.
