  • Membership is free and voluntary.
  • Individuals must be at least 18 years old to participate and their identity must be proven to the satisfaction of Caesars Entertainment UK Limited (“CEUK”) to obtain a Caesars Rewards UK card.
  • The benefits of the Caesars Rewards UK loyalty programme are intended for the use of the individual listed on the account.
  • A Caesars Rewards UK card may be used to track the play and accumulate Reward Credits by the participant on their account only. It is against programme rules for a participant to accrue Reward Credits by distributing his / her card to, or sharing his / her card with, other players.
  • CEUK and its agents, subsidiaries, and parent companies are not responsible for lost or stolen cards, including any resulting misuse.
  • Reward Credits can be earned and redeemed at any participating CEUK property, subject only to any CEUK casino's membership requirements. Playboy Club London is not a participating CEUK property.
  • Reward Credits are earned on food and drink purchases and for all tracked slot and electronic gaming play. Where applicable, Reward Credits may be earned for all tracked table play. Reward Credits will not be earned on promotional electronic tickets, promotional table vouchers or promotional gaming chips.
  • It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure his/her Caesars Rewards UK card is inserted properly in the machine when playing slots or electronic roulette. Where applicable, it is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that a dealer is aware of their play when playing tables or any other games.
  • All Reward Credit earnings are subject to review and verification.
  • Reward Credits remain valid providing the participant visits a CEUK property and uses their Caesars Rewards UK card at least once every six months; otherwise the entire Reward Credit account balance will expire.
  • Where table tracking is applicable, CEUK uses reasonable efforts to track a participant's play; however, as a condition of receiving Reward Credits for table games play, or other non-electronic games, participants agree that such Reward Credits are granted based on the personal observation of CEUK employees, which may be subject to error. The determination of CEUK shall be final with respect to any discrepancies.
  • Management reserves the right to adjust account status due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud or other misuse of the Caesars Rewards UK card and at management discretion.
  • Reward Credits are redeemable for gaming play (minimum 500 Reward Credits), food and drink at participating CEUK bars and restaurants, as well as items from the merchandise catalogue or rewards menu. Reward Credits have no cash value. They may be rounded up to the nearest £1 when being redeemed for food, drink or other retail items on a CEUK property.
  • All redemptions are final unless otherwise allowed at the sole discretion of CEUK.
  • A participant's identity must be verified to the satisfaction of CEUK in order to redeem Reward Credits.
  • CEUK may engage in strategic relationships and/or promotions, which may result in the earning of Bonus Reward Credits that are deposited into a participant’s account.
  • Tier Credits are calculated from gaming Reward Credits, Reward Credits earned on food and beverage purchases and any Reward Credits adjustments. Promotional bonus points and points earned on Poker Cash Games are not included.
  • Players are eligible to join the following loyalty programme tiers if they earn the appropriate number of Tier Credits in a calendar year: Platinum 15,000 Tier Credits and Diamond 30,000 Tier Credits.
  • Caesars Rewards UK card holders accept and agree to be bound by the following rules:
    1. To redeem tier benefits, all card holders must be contactable either by telephone, email, SMS or mail. Uncontactable players are NOT eligible for tier benefits
    2. All tier benefits and rewards are subject to availability
    3. CEUK reserves the right to modify or cancel these rules or any tier benefit or reward at any time for any reason
    4. CEUK reserves the right to upgrade and downgrade Caesars Rewards UK accounts
    5. Unless otherwise varied by notice given by CEUK, Caesars Rewards UK earning period is from 1 January to 31 December in any one year and Caesars Rewards UK redemption period is from 1 February (of that same year) to 31 January (of the year thereafter)
  • Seven Stars is a separate scheme, membership to which is strictly by invitation only and issued solely at the discretion of CEUK. That scheme has different terms and conditions which are provided at the point of invitation. Seven Stars US cards will be recognised and tier matched in the UK to utilise a 25% F&B discount, access to Playboy Club London and to earn and redeem Reward Credits, but no other UK benefits apply and provision of the card does not entitle the card holder to any personalised benefits available within the UK specific invitation only Seven Stars membership scheme.
  • Platinum and Diamond tier benefits are subject to separate rules, by which the respective card holders agree to be bound, and these rules are available to those card holders online and upon request.
  • In the event of death of a Caesars Rewards UK card holder, this will result in the immediate cancellation of that person’s Caesars Rewards UK membership and forfeiture of any available Reward Credits balance.
  • Caesars Rewards UK cards are non-transferable, the property of CEUK and must be returned upon request of CEUK. Reward Credit earnings are non-transferable including upon death or divorce.
  • All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this programme lie solely with CEUK whose decisions are final.
  • CEUK reserves the right to modify or cancel this loyalty programme at any time, for any reason, provided that in the case of a modification, such modification shall not, as of the date of it taking effect , materially alter or change any participant's reward(s) already earned but not yet redeemed. In the case of cancellation of this loyalty programme, any participant's reward(s) already earned but not yet redeemed shall automatically be cancelled forthwith upon the cancellation taking effect without any recourse available to the participant. Notice will be given in advance of any such modification or cancellation.
  • CEUK reserves the right to revoke or deny application for membership if the individual holder of or, (as the case may be), applicant for a Caesars Rewards UK card has not complied with the loyalty programme in any manner inclusive of non-compliance with the Terms & Conditions and/or misuse of the Caesars Rewards UK card. Any fraudulent usage of the card may result in the immediate loss of Caesars Rewards UK membership and all privileges will be revoked.
  • Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities by their own request or through SENSE or those excluded at the sole discretion of CEUK are not eligible to participate in the Caesars Rewards UK loyalty programme. Forthwith upon any such situation occurring, any existing Caesars Rewards UK account and its Reward Credits balance will be cancelled and forfeit accordingly.
  • Any Caesars Rewards UK card holder is entitled to request their removal from the said programme at any time. CEUK agrees to comply promptly with any such request, in which case the said card holder’s Caesars Rewards UK account and their eligibility to participate in the Caesars Rewards UK loyalty programme will be cancelled and forfeit accordingly.
  • In the event of there being outstanding monies owed to any CEUK property, the Caesars Rewards UK benefits may be suspended pending payment in full of the outstanding debt.
  • By participating in this loyalty programme, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Caesars Rewards UK loyalty programme is separate from:
    1. any programme or scheme at any international property of CEUK or Caesars Entertainment Inc and
    2. Caesars Rewards loyalty program in the USA.
  • Caesars Reward Credits can be exchanged between Caesars Rewards UK and Caesars Rewards (US) by at the exchange rate specified by CEUK at the time in question. If UK customers would like local casino teams to exchange points on their behalf, then 5 days’ notice needs to be given prior to travel. UK players must have already enrolled in the Caesars Rewards (US) program.
  • In the event of any one or more CEUK casino closures, card holders’ Reward Credits, Tier Credits and applicable tier benefits remain valid at other Caesars Rewards UK casinos.
  • In the course of providing customers with services, CEUK collects certain personal information about customers that may be considered private or confidential. The policies of data collection and usage are defined in our privacy policy and this can be found online at www.caesars.co.uk/privacy-policy or at casino Reception.
  • Should a customer have any complaint or dispute about any gambling related decision, the management of the CEUK property will do their best to try and resolve the matter at the time.   • These terms and conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Each participant in the Caesars Rewards loyalty programme agrees that:
    1. they irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales in respect of any such dispute and
    2. they may not bring proceedings in respect of any such dispute in any jurisdiction other than England and Wales
