Our top priority is making sure all our guests and team members stay Covid-safe in our casinos. But it’s also important that people feel truly confident and comfortable about coming into our venues, which is why we’re keeping things clear and simple…
Keep your distance
Our Covid-safe layouts make it pretty easy to stick to the social distancing rules. Please respect other people’s space and don’t congregate in groups anywhere in the venue.
Wash your hands often
You know the drill – 20 seconds of rigorous handwashing as often as possible. You’ll also find hand sanitiser all over the place so please use it at every opportunity.
Wear a face mask
We’re all in this together so every guest and team member must wear a mask that covers the nose and mouth at all times (except when eating or drinking).
Go contactless where you can
Please make contactless card payments wherever possible.
You’ll notice how we’re working flat out to keep everyone healthy by constantly cleaning and disinfecting everything in sight! Tables, machines, chips, surfaces, seating…. And of course that all goes on behind the scenes too.
Thank you for playing your part to help protect your fellow guests and our team members. We’ve made sure all our employees are well-trained in the safety measures and they will be happy to answer any of your questions
